What was most helpful about the program?    The knowledge of the instructor.  –The instructor’s experience. –Roy’s knowledge about pools.  –Learning about pools.  –Going over the handbook. –Chemical work, knowledge of rules and regulations. –Everything was helpful.  –Learning how to do the math.  –Learning about how to test and keep the right levels of chemicals. –The topic was very helpful. –All of the information is very helpful.

What was least helpful about the program?    -Nothing, all was good.  –Roys knowledge about pools.  Some things that can’t be taught. –Roy’s great sense of humor, even though it kept me laughing and awake!  -Math

Overall, I feel that this program was:  -Informative and very hands on.  –Very well thought out and put together.
