What was most helpful about the program?  Learning how to calculate averages of chemicals.  The speaker was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff.  Speaker was  very informative. –Learning the math.  –Just about everything.  –Roy listens and offers great feedback.  –Refreshened my knowledge of pool operations.  –Handbook.  – All.  –How the material  was presented.  –The  handout.  –All of it.  –The instructor was very good about making you feel good about learning.  – Learning about the chemical mixing.  –the actual lawsuits which illustrate what could happen.  –Everything.   –Handbook. –Giving us a visual of how to check meter and levels of chemicals, and walking us through the math. 

What was least helpful about the program?  Nothing. –N.A.

My purpose in attending was:

Overall, -Very good.  –Very helpful. –very informative.  –Confusing for me as I don’t understand formulas, etc.  Educational. –Excellent. –Beneficial. –Very helpful.  –Good. –Great for me.  –Good and useful. –Excellent.  –Helpful in getting to know more about pool/spa operation. –Good.  –Very helpful.
