  3. American Red Cross Lifeguarding Advisory group for the new Lifeguarding manual, Lifeguarding Instructor Manual, and Lifeguarding Instructor Trainer Manual 2001
  4. The National Swimming Pool Foundation reviewer for the New NSPF Certified Pool Operator Manual 
  5. Developed "The Pool Professor Version 3.5 and The Pool Professor 2000” software applications used in the management of aquatic facilities 1993-2008, now being used in over 20,000 aquatic facilities and in at least 26 foreign countries. The rights to software were sold to a British company (Palintest, LTD.) in January 2008.
